ในทางปกติอาจจะว่ามันกลับด้านกันอยู่อ่ะ นะ(หัวเราะ) แต่หลังจากนั้น คอนเสิร์ตที่โคคุไซได้ทำดีวีดีออกขายใช่ไห

ทั้งคน ที่เคยซัพพอร์ทเรามาตั้งแต่ก่อนเดบิว หรือว่าแฟนๆที่เพิ่งมาชอบ รู้สึกได้ถึงจำนวนแฟนๆที่ขยายเพิ่มมากขึ้น

Where It Started
Since KAT-TUN was formed, outspokenly, I never thought the group was anything special. Each member, I used to work a little bit with, most frequently in magazine photoshoots, so it just felt like “Ahh work together again”...something like this. The reason we got to form the group was to back-dance for Koichi-kun. I had no doubt but to believe this was just another temporary group. Coudn't believe that this group would go this far and eventually got to release the debut CD (Laughs).
As a matter of age, the group felt like a school club. I started with KAT-TUN by this feelings. After the group was formed, we had a concert at Kokusai Forum (Tokyo International Forum) which received a good feedback. However, I still didn't begin to think about "when are we going to debut?".
It seems strange, isn’t it (Laughs) ? Afterward, Kokusai concert was released on DVD, right? We started to become known eversince. Later, we did concerts and released another DVD. From the group was form until debut, it took about 5 years. During that time, I began to suspect “We're the first Johnny group to release DVDs like this". There were jokes like "This is brand new stuff. Even we are unable to release the debut CD but it is not bad to release an MD (probably a mini disc), right (Laughs)?" Although that sounded quite weak but it didn't make us worry or anything. We just did the best we could everyday. To be the first JE group to do such new pattern was things that challeged us.
KAT-TUN at the time, as compared to the present, we were probably “reckless/extremely crazy”, but we did have our positive desire along. As for KAT-TUN, we must let go of (our excess recklessness) by releasing a high power in return, anyway, I don't think that was our intended strategy (Laughs). The gathered experiences have made us more matured and more considerate of what we are going to do. We were lack of considerations back then, "our bad habits ?". Even with such a blame, it was fine for us. Anyhow, I prefer KAT-TUN to be calm and composed like present.
In term of “thinking”, this is kinda an important thing. This is not only about myself but also the surroundings. No matter the outcome will be, we have to think about others' opinions. To think twice is able to make aware of the vast stage of human ('s minds). Sometimes, we may have to look back to the past. Right now, I would like to look straight forward. What we changed from the past is probably that we have "grown up". If we could live our lives straightly, it would be great. It doesn’t mean to linger about the past but it's to check our learning process that led us grow up from the past until now. If people think we've been through (improving), we would be very happy.
Apparently, you don’t feel KAT-TUN is like your brother, do you? No wonder since we seems to be extraordinary people (Laughs). Among people, there may be those who aren't aware of our images but I don't want them to pay attention to the group's images as well as colors because I don't wanna keep telling them "Indeed we're not like that." Even now that I'm talking here (for the pamphlet), I'm still curious what are we like (Laughs)? The “naughty” or the “badass” ? I'm not upset about the attitude toward us 'cause there's never been such group in JE, hasn't there (Laughs)? So it's probably our selling point. Among members, I get often told that I look “cheerful/bright” but I don’t think so. I rather think I'm cool & smart kind of guy with a bit of naughty elements (Laughs).
They admired the clothes I wore during my solo in last year's concert. “You look good on this bright clothes”, just as I thought. It was myself who looked cheerful/bright (laugh). From the start until now, KAT-TUN's journey has been like an adventurous game and it's very novel-like. It's a combination of people with different abilities. It's about to gather experiences with these people. It's to challenge our abillities to go beyond the barriers. I think there's been an on-going remedy between members and whether the fans realize about this, I'm not so sure. I'd like to keep being optimistic. It’s not any special idea (that pops up) but usually I like looking forward to the future. “Whenever looking at what he's done, it makes me feel delightful”, if I could make people think like this, it will be so good. Probably with my fail jokes. On the other hand they might make everyone a little tired (for not understanding his jokes). But to give everyone that (happiness of hearing fail jokes), I personally think I'm pretty good at (Laughs). From now on, let’s move together toward the infinite challenging journey.

It is such grateful that fans come to our concert. I know how hard for you to get tickets. Firstly, you have to apply for a membership, and then wait for ticket drawings. Even you're lucky to get a ticket, you might not get the date you want so having to cancel it. In order to see us, you have to put so much efforts. We're so thankful for that overwhelming support. So we must make fans who are able to come feel “ Ah..it was so great to come here". From fans that have followed us since forever to newer fans, I feel the number of fans increased. Eversince the group was formed, we've been through various moments and been seen with various feelings and that's what we always realize. We'd like to be a group that welcomes all types of people, they'll be able to have fun no matter what type they are. Being loved by people from various ages as well as getting applauses by male fans, we would like to have that too. KAT-TUN is constantly moving forward. From now on, if you are still supporting KAT-TUN, it'll be my big pleasure.
